    Jason & Fernando Calvo


Better known as "The Calvo Brothers", Jason and Fernando are natives to Atlanta and collectively have twenty years of commercial real estate experience. Their extensive involvement in the Atlanta commercial real estate community has allowed them to create valuable relationships with top real estate professionals, many property owners and landlords, as well as complimentary businesses.

Early in their careers The Calvo Brothers realized that their ability to demonstrate value and knowledge to their clients in the Atlanta market was paramount to their success if they wanted to stand out amongst their competition.  In an effort to demonstrate this value added approach, they created "Atlanta's Top Picks".

Career Summary

Immediately after graduating in 1997 with degrees in real estate and finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, Jason entered the Commercial Real Estate industry as a research analyst with Richard Bowers & Company. After a year of research work, he transitioned into brokerage and specialized in tenant representation. After 6 years with Richard Bowers & Company, Jason joined Grubb & Ellis Company.

In 2004, he helped start City Commercial Real Estate, Inc. and is a founding Partner of the company. As a 12 year veteran in the commercial real estate brokerage business, he has been involved in over 1 million square feet of office and industrial projects in the Southeast United States.
